Site Support

  • ACROW offers on-site training for the client's crew during the erection, assembly, and installation of the Scaffolding and formwork for the project.
  • Our experienced formwork instructors and project engineers explain to customer project teams how to use the formwork effectively and safely.
  • Our on-site support and top form-working
advice provided during the project ensure that you make the best possible use of resources and that construction moves ahead efficiently. It increases overall productivity, ensures higher safety, and optimizes cost-savings and deployment of custom-built formwork units.

  • ACROW avail a resident engineer or supervisor to supervise the assembly process on site. Thus, ACROW's outstanding experience is added to the installation's commercial, technical, and logistical aspects.
  • Combining Assembly on-site with Pre-assembly is sometimes the adequate solution. Competent personnel makes their manufacturing gear, where the needed pieces of pre-assembled parts are made on-site, assuring the formwork is assembled and erected correctly and is ready for use according to schedule.

    Such provisions lead to :
  • Adherence to time frame, milestones, and quality deliverables.
  • Coordinated installation that follows a logical sequence and smooth workflow.
  • Considering application characteristics and satisfying its requirements.
  • Considering expansion and modification features, if any.

  • Although ACROW formwork systems cover broad areas of applications, some unique features in construction might acquire different formwork.
  • Such features may dictate certain factors or structural requirements and unusual shapes. This is where ACROW's pre-assembly service comes in. Here, we combine our systems with custom-built solutions, which helps achieve cost-benefit installation. The pre-assembly is done in our factory and is delivered ready to use onsite.

  • Inspection and certification are made to ensure that the formwork is properly assembled, compliant with the shop drawings, and meets the safety requirements for concrete pouring.
  • Inspection and certification processes each contribute to controlling risks during the construction of formwork and falsework.
Inspections and clearance occur at key stages during formwork construction, including loading.
  • A separate certification process occurs when the formwork is complete and before pouring concrete. A competent person (certifying engineer) inspects and certifies that the completed formwork meets the design specifications and is structurally sound before it is loaded.
